The quality management system applied in the company Reviso d.o.o. is based on the requirements of international standards:
Production process
Good manufacturing practice aims to fully meet product and process quality requirements.
Our production processes meet the strictest European regulatory requirements for cosmetics and biocidal products.
We are responsible for the continuous production of quality products of the highest quality in accordance with the requirements of good manufacturing practice.
Quality system
We monitor the quality system through internal audits and audits of regulatory agencies. Each batch of starting material passes quality control in Reviso and is approved for use in production.
Starting materials are sourced exclusively from reliable suppliers who meet high quality system criteria. Accordingly, special attention is paid to the selection of business partners. Production processes are continuously monitored and in accordance with the principles of good manufacturing practice. The final product passes the control of all parameters specified in the specification, with the verification of all process parameters and control of product equipment in accordance with the requirements. Additional control of the final product is carried out in external accredited laboratories.
Control
By controlling and supervising raw materials and production processes, we strive to reduce the risk of changes in product quality to a minimum and provide customers with primarily quality, healthy and harmless products.
